Amell/Surana, despite being considerably nervous, was extremely excited once they were outside of the Circle. They bartered, enjoyed small things like picking the apple directly from a tree, petting a stray dog, drinking ale in a tavern… they take a lot of pleasure in the small things they couldn’t have in the Circle. During the battle of Ostagar once it started raining their adrenaline was off the charts - they had never felt the cold rain fall against their skin before.
